I’ve worked at several golf courses, gaining experience in both operational and customer-facing roles. On the maintenance crew, I was responsible for keeping the course in top condition by mowing fairways, maintaining greens, and managing the overall landscape. This role taught me the importance of attention to detail and teamwork in maintaining a high-quality course.
In the pro shop, I assisted with customer service, sales, and scheduling tee times. I developed strong communication skills and learned how to address customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience. Additionally, I contributed to marketing efforts by promoting membership deals, which helped increase engagement and renewals.
